Auditioned Speaking & Singing Parts

In addition to being a part of all the fun of Summer Music Camp, your camper can also audition for a solo and/or speaking part during the presentation. Please select your preference below. Your audition will be held at First Baptist Church of the Islands. Your camper will not need to prepare anything. We regret that we will not be able to remind you about this, so please calendar it for your camper.

Video & Pictures

We will be offering a DVD of the Summer Music Camp performance through the services of an outside video production company. These are perfect for family and friends who couldn't make it to the performance, or for the parent that doesn't want to mess with a video camera. These videos will be available for order on the evening of the production directly from the video production company. The price of the DVD and production time will be set by the video production company and not be First Baptist Church of the Islands.

Medical, Travel, Photo Release

My child, named above, has permission to participate in Summer Music Camp with First Baptist Church of the Islands. I release First Baptist Church of the Islands and its representatives from any liability pertaining to this event. I also authorize emergency treatment for my child should it become necessary for the welfare of my child. Furthermore, I allow my child to participate in off-campus activities and transportation to those activities related to Summer Music Camp.

I give First Baptist Church of the Islands the right and permission to publish photographs, video and audio recordings taken of my child during this event. These photographs, video and audio recordings may be used in whole or in part, and may be used in publications and in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature and materials, website promotions, online social communities, or in other similar ways. By my child participating in this event, I give First Baptist Church of the Islands permission to use photographs, video and audio recordings of my child for the purposes stated above. In addition, I wave any right to financial reimbursement or liability related to the reproduction of such photos or video, now or in the future.

I further agree that I am legally able to make these decisions on behalf of this child.

Security and Success Commitment

I understand that for the success of my child, he/she must be present for the entire week, including the performance. I also understand that upon canceling my child’s registration, I will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee until and including July 16, after which no fees or payments will be refundable. Further, I understand that the leadership of Summer Music Camp @ FBCI reserves the right to dismiss any camper at any time without refund.

Because we care about the security of your camper, you will be provided a pick-up tag upon check in each day. You must have this tag at the time of pick-up for the camper. If you do not have your pick-up tag, you will be required to come into the church office with your driver's license to pick-up the camper.

If your camper is ill and must go home, he/she will not be allow to return to camp that day.
